Interim Management

For projects with time restrictions, it frequently does not make sense and is also not possible for staff to compile the special know-how needed for the specific situation or, with such short-term notice, to hire staff members which have the required know-how. For extensive and long-term projects we can offer our interim management services. In this case, our staff members take over the responsibility for services that are frequently only carried out by company personnel, so that mutual trust becomes very important. The type of work our employees do at outside firms can be agreed upon and flexibly arranged.

The scope and supply of services is regularly defined through a contract of agency. The scope and supply of services can thus extend all the way through to assuming responsibility for the company's corporate agents by appointing the interim manager to the position of business manager.

The applicability for the client is clear: He does not need to busy his own personnel to solve the task and can, if required, make use of an entire expert team that is also available for longer periods of time.
